Don't get me wrong. Although Marcos Maidana deserves his share of props for his impressive performance in the first fight with Mayweather, let's not get carried away. He still lost pretty clearly to me. 
Sure, the first fight was very competitive, and Maidana had his fair share of moments, but I think a lot of the perception that he won or got robbed has to do with the fact that most folks thought he had little to no chance of defeating Mayweather the first time around. As is often the case in boxing and in life, when one's expectations are seriously challenged, we often overrate what we have just seen.
Given that perception as well as the reality, that Mayweather did struggle a bit, I think the action of the rematch will be less frantic. In fact, if boxing history is any indicator, the fighter (Maidana) who exceeded expectations in the first fight, often erroneously sticks to the same game plan in the rematch.
On the other hand, the fighter who is perceived to have struggled (Mayweather) makes additional adjustments in the rematch, and often befuddles their opponent.
I expect this fight to be no different.
Similar to his rematch with Jose Luis Castillo, I expect Floyd Mayweather to exchange and lean against the ropes far less, and control things in the center of the ring behind a pointed jab, lead right hands, and the occassional, well-placed body shot.
Look for Mayweather to parry enough of Maidana's haymakers to win another decision, but in far less entertaining fashion than in their first bout.
