In Floyd Mayweather, Jr.’s biggest box-office showing, he will put on a boxing clinic in his adopted hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. Oscar De La Hoya will try to impose his natural size and strength on Mayweather, but it will be to no avail, as Mayweather will parry Oscar’s signature left hooks and counter them with straight rights all night long. The "Pretty Boy" will take a chapter from Shane Mosley’s clear-cut victory over De La Hoya in their first fight.
PREDICTION: It will not be the most-exciting fight, but Floyd will survive a few rocky moments early, and coast to a points victory over the determined Golden Boy.

MY PREDICTION,WILL BE,THAT OSCAR DELAHOYA,HAS UNDOUBTEDLY,COME TO TO THE END OF HIS BOXING CARREER.HE SHOULD JUST PROMOTES FIGHTS,LIKE HE’S BEEN DOING,AND HAVING GOOD BOXING MATCHES,ON PAY PER VIEW,LIKE HE ALWAYS DOES.I BELIEVE,THAT FLOYD WILL WIN,MAYBE NOT BY KNOCKOUT,BUT RATHER BY DECISION.THE “GOLDEN BOY”,STILL HAS SOME FIRE LEFT IN HIM,BUT NOT ENOUGH TO BEAT MAYWEATHER.I’M SORRY,BUT “PRETTY BOY” FLOYD,WINS,BY DECISION.

I have to agree. I really think Dela Hoya should really focus on his
business ventures. He’s had his time to shine already and done very well
in his career. This fight seems pointless considering his accomplishments.

I have to agree with Mr. Dawson. Floyd is much too quick, posssibly quicker than Moseley was when he first fought De La Hoya. De La Hoya is much older now and Floyds quickness will make him look worse than “Sweet P” did Caesar-Chavez! Let’s only hope the judging shows that Floyd is the best pugilist this Saturday night. Floyd wins a decision with De La Hoya only winning 2-3 rounds. Back to the studio for Oscar!
